No, Planports CRM is a cloud-based software that requires no installation. Thanks to its fully web-based infrastructure, it can be used from any device with an internet connection and a browser. You can also access it on mobile devices with iOS and Android apps.
Before purchasing, you need to start the 14-day free trial and create an account. After logging into the Planports web application with your trial account, go to Management -> Account to select and purchase your preferred CRM plan. You can easily complete the payment with your credit card.
No, you will not be charged after the 14-day free trial period. When the trial period ends, your account is automatically closed if you take no action.
Individual modules cannot be purchased separately, but we have designed 3 plans to suit different business needs. Add-ons such as additional official WhatsApp lines, Quick Start and Annual Dedicated Support can be added as you need them. Customer satisfaction is our priority at Planports CRM. When you cancel your
subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining unused
period. For example, if you purchased an annual plan and cancel
after 4 months, the remaining 8 months will be refunded.
